1. The "Made by Me" Philosophy
I am a Senior Fintech Architect and Programmer. I spend many hours thinking, designing, and writing code to make it perfect. I share my source code on this blog to help the world learn and to help students in Nepal understand high-level engineering.
This license is a friendly agreement between me (the creator) and you (the user) on how my code should be treated.
2. What This License Covers
This license applies to everything technical found on this website, including but not limited to:
- Scripts: Python, JavaScript, PHP, or any other programming language.
- Frontend: HTML structures, CSS designs, and UI components.
- Logic: Algorithms, architecture diagrams, and database schemas.
- Apps: Any web application or tool hosted on this blog.
3. Permissions (The "Yes" List)
As long as you respect my work, you are welcome to do the following:
✅ Educational Use
You can use my code to learn how a specific feature works. You can copy snippets into your private projects to practice your skills.
✅ Personal Projects
You can use my logic in your own non-commercial projects. If you build something for yourself, you are free to use my code as a base.
4. Restrictions (The "No" List)
To protect my brand and my hard work, please follow these rules:
❌ No Re-selling
You cannot take my source code, change the name, and sell it on platforms like CodeCanyon or to your clients as your own work.
❌ No Identity Theft
You cannot host my code and claim that you are the original "Genius Programmer" behind it. Credit must always belong to Dipesh Kushwaha.
Mass Copying: You are not allowed to use "web scrapers" or "bots" to download all my source code repositories to create a copy of my blog.
5. The Architect's "Use at Your Own Risk" Rule
Even though I am an expert, software can be unpredictable. When you use my code, you agree to this logic:

I am not responsible if my code causes data loss, server crashes, or any security issues on your system. Always test code in a safe place before using it in a real project.
6. How to Give Credit
If you use my code in a public project, I would appreciate a small "Thank You." It’s simple: just keep the comment at the top of the code that says "Made by Dipesh Kushwaha" or link back to www.dipeshkoiri.com.np.
This helps more people find my work and keeps the community growing.
7. Commercial Use
If you are a company or a developer who wants to use my full app source code for a paid product or a client project, please contact me first. I am usually happy to give permission, but I may ask for a small license fee or a public mention of my work.
8. Breaking the Rules
If I find that someone is stealing my work, selling it illegally, or using it to harm others, I will ask them to stop. If they don't, I may take legal action to protect my intellectual property. Let's stay friendly and respect each other's work!
