Privacy, Terms, Code Ethics, and Disclaimer
1. Privacy Policy
Welcome to Prime Exe (www.dipeshkoiri.com.np). We know how annoying it is when websites collect more than they need. This site is built to keep data collection as small as possible. This section explains what is collected, by whom, and why.
1.1 What We Don't Ask For
- No Accounts: You don't need to sign up to read our content.
- No Newsletter Spam: We don't ask for your email to send you ads.
- No Selling of Data: We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
1.2 Information We May Receive
- Information you send us: If you email us ([email protected]), we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you and do not share it.
- Comments: If comments are enabled, anything you post publicly (such as your display name and message) is visible to everyone. Please don't post personal information.
- Support payments: If you send a voluntary contribution through the payment QR code, the payment is handled by your payment provider (such as eSewa). We do not run the payment system or store your payment details.
1.3 How Blogger (Google) Works
This website is hosted on Blogger, which is run by Google. Like most websites, Blogger and Google may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and device information to keep the site secure and working, and they may use cookies. We do not control this data. You can read Google's Privacy Policy to learn more.
1.4 Cookies & Analytics
We don't run our own tracking or advertising profiles. However, the platform we use may set cookies or collect basic usage statistics (such as page views). If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this page. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a private browser or VPN.
1.5 Third-Party Services & Links
Our pages may load fonts, icons, or scripts from other services (for example Google Fonts or Font Awesome), and may link to other websites such as Instagram, Facebook, GitHub, or YouTube. When you use those, they may collect data under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they handle your information.
1.6 Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
1.7 Your Choices
You can ask us to delete any personal information you have emailed to us, at any time. Just write to [email protected].
1.8 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version and date at the top of this page show when it was last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
2. Terms of Service (How to Use This Site)
By visiting this site, you agree to follow a few simple rules. These rules help us keep the site running for everyone.
2.1 Our Content
We spend hours researching and writing our articles and guides. You are free to:
- Read them for your own learning.
- Share the link to a post with your friends.
- Print them for your personal study notes.
But please: Do not copy our full articles and post them on your own website or social media page as if you wrote them. Linking back to us is the "Developer Way" of showing respect.
2.2 Respectful Behavior
If you leave a comment, please be kind. No spam, no bad language, and no links to viruses or harmful websites.
3. Source Code & Coding Tips
We love sharing code, but we need some ground rules. The full terms are in our Source Code License.
3.1 The "Personal Use" License
Unless we say otherwise in a post, the code we share is for educational purposes. You can use it to learn, change it on your own computer, and use parts of it in your own non-commercial projects.
// Clean, simple, and efficient.
function buildBetter(time, focus) {
return (time * focus) + " = Great Code";
}
3.2 Commercial Use
If you want to take our full app source code and sell it or put it in a company product, please email us first. We usually say yes, but we like to know where our code is going!
4. Apps Policy
We build small apps and tools to help with learning and daily tasks. These apps are hosted on this site.
4.1 "As-Is" Software
We build these apps to be helpful. However, we are a small team, not a giant company. We cannot promise an app will work 100% of the time on every phone or computer. Use them as a tool, but don't rely on them for critical or high-risk decisions.
4.2 Safety
We do not knowingly include malware or hidden tracking in any app we publish on this site. Still, always download and run software at your own risk.
5. Disclaimer
This is the part where we have to be very clear so there are no misunderstandings. See also our full Disclaimer.
5.1 Not Professional Advice
Our content is based on our own research and experience. We are not a government body, a financial advisor, or a legal advisor. Always check official sources for anything important.
5.2 No Guarantee of Results
Reading our content does not guarantee any particular result. Your success depends on your hard work, practice, and many other factors.
5.3 Technical Errors
Technology changes quickly. A tip we wrote a while ago might be outdated today. We try to update everything, but always check the latest official documentation for the tools and languages you use.
6. How to Reach Us
If you find a bug in our code, a mistake in a post, or have a privacy question, please tell us. We love to learn and fix things.
